Ok so last year in may i was with some friends and caught with drugs, my probation started on january 4, 2010, but in november or december of last year i was with some friends and they had some weed in the car and i got put in jail also, they gave me a class b misdeamnor for that, but i still wasnt on probation and it was in a completely different county…i have court on the 7th of april for the class b misdeamnor what is could possibly happen when i go…could i get revoked or what…i already have a steady job and am a proud father to a 3 month old, and I DO NOT have anything to do with drugs anymore…could someoneplease give me a serious answer because i want to know what to expect when i go to court id hate to leave my son and wife…

My best friend has 2 boys. one is 6 one is a newborn. She has had an addiction problem in the past. She had the gastric bypass surgery and all went haywire. She was admitted into rehab again because her depression meds weren’t settling right with her, and she became “zoned out”7/08. They have done drug test on her and she is CLEAN. and has been for almost 3 yrs. Her husband on the other hand is a jerk. I understand that he doesn’t want to go threw the same hel* again with her. but he is constantly threatening her that he will take the boys away.”his family has more money then hers” telling her when she can go out side and when she cant. She had a Csection and a tubal ligation. 5 days after delivery she ended up having an uterine infection with caused an emergency hysterectomy. He is in control of all her meds. he gives her one pain pill for the entire day and tells her to make it last. She is afraid to take it because of what he may say. she does have her aunt staying there helping this month.

For example: The term “drug abuse” has a much more negative connotation than “drug use”.

It’s like your implying something more in your statement in addition to its literal meaning. Like something emotional. For example, “You are a dog.” Logically, It means you’re lazy rather than you really look like a dog.
