The cracking sound you hear is natural fluid in your joint (called synovial fluid) being forced out. Unless there is pain accompanying the cracking it is normal and there is no harm. If there is pain consult your physician.

its been 3 weeks i quit pot cause of a bad trip. now after that bad trip i never felt the same again. i feel like im going crazy. every day is a different symptom. im been feeling like im in a dream all the time. then early it went a way a little then came back. altogether i feel irritable like pissed off at everyone that tries to talk to me for no reason. then i get severely depressed for no reason. altogether im depressed, anxious, irritable, and feel like im in a dream. have you been through this? will this stop is my biggest question? is this withdrawal even after 3 weeks?
