Question by Tevin: Is it safe to let a house sit without heat?
My job is to keep and eye on my friends house because he is living in Florida. But he has not lived in it for almost 2 years. He lost his job a while ago in Florida so this could explain why. But I went to check on the house because so many bad things have been going on in my town. So I checked on it and their was no power. Checked on it again 2 weeks later still no power. Then I found a P&G Meter removal message from the electric company on the door. And the weather has been very cold. 30*F and 50 in daytime. Is this bad for electronics? and walls,paint? I drained the water out of the pipes today so I don’t have to worry about flooding.
