Is Alcohol or Weed Worse for You?

Question by shining girl: Is alcohol or weed worse for you?
I’ve always wondered if one is worse than the other for your health and if so why?

Best answer:

Answer by D
booze kills your liver weed just makes you high

Answer by Steven G
Alcohol can cause liver failure, heart problems, and if drink too much can kill you. Marijuana, or weed is a gateway drug. Once your body gets use to the high, it needs more, then you could go to other drugs that could kill you. But, I would say Alcohol is worse, even though drinking moderately can actually help prevent heart disease.

Does Medicare Part B Cover Inpatient Gambling Addiction Facilities?

Question by John: Does Medicare part B cover inpatient gambling addiction facilities?
Couldnt find the answer to this. Assuming the facility accepts Medicare, of course. I doubt I would have trouble getting it documented as “necessary” or whatever medicare would require. Also, what percentage if they do not cover it all. Facilities such as CORE, algamus, etc. Thank you!

Best answer:

Answer by Flower
Medicare Part B is for out-patient services. Part A is for in-patient services but gambling is not a medical conditon and would not be covered.

Why Does “Celebrity Rehab” Get Such Bad Reviews?

Question by harlemkid82485: Why does “Celebrity Rehab” get such bad reviews?
Not only the show but also Dr. Drew. Critics claim they expose people’s problems on national tv and it’s worse for them. I disagree. I think Dr. Drew and his staff is amazing and is doing the best they can to help ppl with substance abuse. These celebrities are getting paid to be on tv. If anything, this show should be a lesson for anyone who’s thinking of using(especially young ppl). As a former user, and child of junkie parents who were taking from this world by drugs, I commend Dr. Drew for what he does.
