pure vanilla extract requires at least 35 percent. but imitation doesn’t list the exact amount. it only says “alcohol” in the ingredients.
(some imitations do have alcohol some don’t)

last I knew there was no alcohol in imitation vanilla extract, plus, even if there was, if you used it for cooking, it would all cook out anyways…

I was at one for a month last year… and it did me a WORLD of good!
Even though I did not like the constant groups which I found boring, I DID appreciate the constant medical care and meds monitoring I got there, and the care actually helped to (miraculously for me!) END my nearly 20 year batle w/ the bottle; (HALLELUJAH!)
My question is : Was the rehab unit or freestanding a locked setting? Mine was, but I wonder if it was just the one I went to or are they all or most of them “closed settings”?

wow 15 days is great!
I wouldn’t say that your “finally free” until like 2 months though, cuz if you say it now you’ll feel easier about starting back. Wait a few months to think of yourself as clean.
