Why Are Laws Always Made to Keep Races Down?

Question by Todd: Why are laws always made to keep races down?
when the Chinese first came here they used to smoke a lot of heroin, the US made it illegal and the consequences were very stiff so that the Chinese would not steal a lot of jobs because they were hard workers.

In the 80’s when crack exploded, the penalty for crack was 15x worse than for cocaine. And black people were really the only ones using crack back then, white people were mostly using coke.

no one with any sense should use any of this stuff. So the Chinese and Blacks who didn’t were unaffected, and most likely got jobs and kept them.
